Most clients return every three to five weeks to keep a shape. Your artist will tell you what suits your hair at the end of your visit.

Thread gives a crisp edge and suits small areas. Wax moves quickly across the body of a brow. Tweezers handle the detail. A map and shape uses what your brow needs, and we'll explain each choice.

A tint deepens the color of your brow hair, and a lamination sets the hairs upward. Many clients book both. Tell your artist what you want to see in the mirror and they'll talk you through it.

Come with bare brows if you can, and skip waxing and tweezing at home for about two weeks before a first map. Skip retinol and peeling products near your brows for a few days.

Reactions can happen. If you notice redness, itching, burning or swelling, tell us and call your doctor. We stop the service and note it for next time.

Anyone 16 and over, whatever your brow shape or hair. Under 18, a parent or guardian comes with you for a tint or lamination.
